About Erin
Hello, and welcome to Amplo Organizing! I am Erin Covolesky, owner of Amplo Organizing, passionate and creative mom and entrepreneur. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and have a ton of project management and business experience from years spent in my career with large corporations. While I have certainly enjoyed the ride, I wasn't exactly following my true passion as closely as I would have liked. I guess I got too comfortable in the dependability of a paycheck amidst the many personal hats that I was wearing on a daily basis, and I probably would have stayed there a lot longer if my path had not been impacted by company layoffs. After the panic wore off, I began to wonder what it might be like to follow my passion instead; to step out with a little faith and do something radically different. That's when the concept for Amplo Organizing was born.
In everything that I have done in my corporate career, I have most enjoyed empowering others and helping them to better organize their lives. I have a knack for organizing and love to arrange. I also bring a unique perspective to everyday life. Just like many of you, I have experienced it all – a chaotic home, laundry room explosions, cluttered and messy cars, small rodent pets that the kids swore they would take care of...! The list is truly endless. I know what it is like to feel like you are in the trenches of some type of mini suburban warfare where your “army” is all marching in the wrong direction. I made a decision a while back to do something about it for myself, and set out to develop simple and realistic solutions to tackle my own organizing problems. I have learned a lot about the wackiness of human psychology, the wonders of the Container Store and what not to wear when decluttering a basement. I have also learned that the solutions and systems that work for our lives need to be simple and easy to maintain. They need to work within each of our own unique styles of living, working and learning in order to be completely effective. I can't wait to get to know you and help you to clear the pathway towards AMPLIFYing your own success!
